Refund policy

Cuocomponents requires that customers first obtain an return number prior to returning any products.

Returns are only available for products with quality issues.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cuocomponents.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us at the address below without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us:

Return Shipping Costs

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
